We are a small artisan business run from a home with drying cabinets housed in an external log cabin. As a lifelong fan of Biltong, I have been eating for as long as I care to remember and making Biltong for myself for the last 10 years or so.
My recipe is a simple one using quality silverside and a spice mix of my own preservative, nitrate and msg free. My ethos is to remain true to my processes, making by hand ensuring consistency and quality.
