We are based in Macclesfield Cheshire and produce a range of Biltong, Droewors, Stokkies, Chilli-Bites, Bacon-Bites, Chilli Bacon-Bites and a range of tasty Boerewors in five different flavours. We also sell our own range of Zimbeze spices for biltong and boerewors as well as imported spices. We also do Catering for events in the form of Boerewors Rolls as hot dogs… with all the trimmings.
We operate from home in a fully compliant factory unit and have a 5* Food Hygiene rating.

My Biltong complies with Strict and Enforced Regulations, by the FSA (Food Standards Agency of England) and my Local Council Guidelines, on producing Meat Products.

We are a small artisan business run from a home with drying cabinets housed in an external log cabin.As a lifelong fan of Biltong, I have been eating for as long as I care to remember and making Biltong for myself for the last 10 years or so.
My recipe is a simple one using quality silverside and a spice mix of my own preservative, nitrate and msg free. My ethos is to remain true to my processes, making by hand ensuring consistency and quality.
